The Commission held an in-person collaboration meeting with our Advocacy contract organizations. This event featured a group activity to discuss themes related to current behavioral health issues across the state, as well as a discussion with California Health and Human Services Agency Deputy Secretary of Behavioral Health, Stephanie Welch, on the updated community planning process under the Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA).
