    The September 25, 2025, CFC Committee meeting minutes will be reviewed for approval.

  5. Innovation Partnership Fund (IPF) Request for Proposals (RFP) OverviewAction
    Melissa Martin-Mollard, Assistant Deputy Director of Research, Evaluation, and Program Operations, will present on the draft RFP outline for the upcoming IPF grant program. Committee members and public stakeholders will discuss the outline, and Committee members will be asked to vote to forward it to the full Commission, which will meet in January 2026.

  6. Peer Respite Request for Proposals (RFP) Outline UpdateAction
    Courtney Ackerman, Research Scientist, will present on a proposal for how the Commission can invest Fiscal Years 2025-26 and 2026-27 Mental Health Wellness Act funds to promote and expand the peer respite model across the state. The proposal splits funding into two phases: one focused on building capacity and one on implementation, with research and evaluation integrated into each phase. If adopted, the proposal will be forwarded to the full Commission in January 2026 for review and approval, with a tentative RFP release date in March 2026.
