The Commission is releasing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award one contract to an organization that will be responsible for providing technical assistance to six (6) community-based organizations awarded Mental Health Wellness Act funding under the 0-5/Maternal Behavioral Health Initiative. The technical assistance provider will support grantees serving the behavioral health needs of children aged 0-5, birthing people, and their families through a partnership approach aimed at reducing out-of-home placements, improving educational outcomes, and identifying developmental delays.
The selected contractor will provide subject matter expertise and consultation on partnership building; create opportunities for learning and program development; build capacity; facilitate a quarterly learning collaborative for grantees; perform a local network mapping and systems landscape analysis; and support grantees with relevant data collection and reporting.
Note: An ADA remediated version of the RFP is available upon request.
