The Commission is releasing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award at least one contract with an organization that will be responsible for recruiting a minimum of eight (8) California County Behavioral Health Departments in order to provide technical assistance and training, as well as establish a statewide learning community, for a minimum of twenty (20) of their county-contracted FSP service providers, with the goal of incorporating performance management techniques into existing service delivery workflows.
